Qualification Achievement Plan

Our courses are also offered by ASQ and have been reviewed and approved by the society.

Our educational prep recommendation is to take the three basic courses; 1) Auditing (CQA) Fundamentals I, 2) Auditing (CQA) Fundamentals II, 3) Auditing (CQA) Fundamentals III (not necessary if you have a statistical background), and then consider the supplemental course Process Auditing Techniques, and eAuditing Fundamentals. JP Russell, the editing director of The ASQ Auditing Handbook, is the author and designer of the prep courses.

Throughout the courses, there are quizzes to highlight pertinent information.

The advanced course, CQA Auditing Fundamentals III, mostly consists of case studies, and the exam at the end of the course reflects this. Each course is a guided learning system designed to help each student retain the information necessary to take and pass the CQA exam. Each course has a mid-course exam and a final exam. Upon passing, the student will be able to print his or her own certificate.

The classes are offered on a subscription basis.

We normally give each class a subscription of 90 days, which is more than enough time to take the class, but if you inform us of your CQA Exam date, we will extend access until after that date so that you may use the material to continue to study. Each course has several downloadable items such as handouts and case studies. There is a downloadable desk reference for each class that you can take into the exam because it has no test questions in it. While students are subscribed to the class, they will have access to every bit of the course that they have completed. Students must have completed each module in order to have this access.

You can use our testing facility as a further learning tool.

Once you have completed each of the courses and downloaded the certificate, you can inform QualityWBT and request to have your tests for that course “reset” this way you can use our testing facility as a further learning tool.
