9. Refund Policy: If after first starting the class you find that it does not meet your expectations (e.g. it is too basic or too advanced), then please notify us and you will receive a full refund. For other circumstances, please notify us and we will review your subscription. In some cases there may be a $35 administrative fee assessed.  
10. Learning Guarantee: Because of our commitment to quality distance learning, QualityWBT Center for Education offers a learning guarantee to the student. If you take the entire class and do not believe that you have achieved the learning objectives, then submit your certificate and an explanation of why you feel you were unable to meet the learning objectives and we will send a refund for the course minus a $35 processing fee.
